I've had the pleasure of enjoying Bill Cooper's "Friday's Squirrel" e-mail from Portland ,Oregon for the past year. The fabulous photos of his beloved squirrels not only demonstrates his talent as a photographer but, that he also did some wonderful things with wood. His imagination and humor provided many of his faithful readers hours of laughter. It's with a heavy heart, and great sadness, that I now have to say, Bill lost his battle with cancer and passed away on Sunday, September 26th, 1999. This slide show is my personal memorial to Bill. Squirrel lovers and his own special squirrels all have suffered a great loss. We all will miss him.
